SAT Examination
SAT exam is conducted by College Board for the students who want to secure admissions at an undergraduate level. The SAT exam consists of 4 sections which evaluate the mathematical, writing, verbal and reading skills of a candidate. There are two type of SAT exam “SAT Reasoning Test” and “SAT Subject Test”. SAT is Writing-based examination. There are no eligibility criteria and age limitation set by the conducting body for enrollment. The duration of SAT exam is 3 hours without essay section and 3 hours and 50 minute with Essay. SAT Test is conducted 7 times annually. The SAT exam has a minimum and maximum score range of 400 to 1600 and the average SAT score is 1060. There are currently 74 Test Centers in different cities across India.

SAT Exam Sections
READING
This Section consists of Reading and Writing part.
It consists of passages.
Each passage consists of multiple-choice questions.
The maximum time to answer all these questions is 35 minutes.
WRITING AND LANGUAGE
You are required to read and understand these passages and answer the questions based on these passages

The maximum time to answer all these questions is 35 minutes.
The above two sections are scored on a scale of 200-800.
MATHS
The MATH test consists of two parts: Math Test with Calculator and Math Test without calculator.
Math Test with Calculator consists of questions and the maximum time limit to answer the question is 55 minute.
Math Test without Calculator consists of questions and the maximum time limit to answer the question is 25 minute.
MATH test consist of multiple-choice question and grid-in questions.
The Math section is scored on a scale of 200-800.
SAT ESSAY
The SAT Essay section is optional. you can contact the university or college for the requirement of
SAT Essay in their admission process.
SAT Essay section consists long passage.
You will be given 50 minute to read and then write about the passage.
SAT Score
The SAT exam has a minimum and maximum score range of 400 to 1600.
The average SAT score is 1060.
Each section of the SAT Exam is scored on a 200 to 800 point scale.
Your total SAT score is the sum of your section scores.
You will receive a separate score if you take the SAT Exam with Essay.
