Walk-in for HR Executive at Corporate Office. on 02nd, 3rd December 2021 from 09:00 AM 12:00 PM at Panjagutta (Hyderabad).

KEY RESULT AREAS:

• Screening, shortlisting the profiles and scheduling the interviews
• Coordinate & motivate the selected candidates
• Campus Placements, Internships.
• Identifying the new placement consultancy with low service cost and to ensure the renewal and payments of the existing consultancies.
• Preparing offer & appointment letter
• Joining Formalities, Induction, Orientation, and Training to the newly joined employees
• Induction & onboarding activates.

PREREQUISITES:- Should be a MBA /MHRM in HR (Regular) with Good Academic Record.

Designation: Executive or Sr. Executive

Work Experience: 1 - 4 years Experience in dealing with Non-IT recruitment for FMCG companies

Age group: 24-28 yrs & Preferably Male Candidates only- Should know the Local language (Telugu)- Talent acquisition exposure on AI & ML platforms shall be an added advantage.
