Roles and Responsibilites

 

  • Engaging Customer queries regarding product through calls
  • Good command in verbal and written English.
  • Provide resolution to customers requests received via post a mail, e-mail or Call
  • Experience in sales and any kind of inbound



 

Desired Candidate Profile

 

  • Minimum 6Month of work Experience in inbound process
  • Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate
  • Work Location: Gurgaon
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.



 

20K CTC + unlimited incentives

  • Excellent Communication Skills in English.

  • 6 Days working & 1 Rotational Week Off.
