We are searching for a candidate who is suitable for the role of HR Trainer/Learning & Development specialist.

 

Hiring for HRM Trainer for Post Graduate Level

 

Candidate should have excellent communication skills & good experience in Training or worked in HR space in the past.

 

Qualifications: -PGDM/MBA in HR

 

Experience: - At least 3 Years of Exp.

 

Job Description:

 

  • Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward
  • Identifying, examining, and assessing the training needs.
  • Conduct training for learners who enroll into our courses.
  • Planning, designing, Holding meetings and presentations on learning materials when necessary
  • Ensuring that creative, interactive, multimedia presentations are created
  • Maintaining correct and accurate training records

 

Note: The courses are approved by Foreign Universities so the applicants will need to submit their CV, Proof of work and Qualification beforehand. Once their profile gets approved then only, Job will be offered.
