We are looking for young, talented, aggressive, passionate, professional Business Development Executives, preferably candidates from Inside Sales backgrounds with 1 to 2 years of experience keen to join our fast-growing creative media Content company.

Position: - Business Development Executiv

Location: Hyderabad

Candidates who can join immediately are highly preferred.

We need tech-savvy, emotionally intelligent people with strong commercial acumen. You need to be tenacious, talkative, outgoing, confident, and ambitious. Must have good communication skills in English, Hindi.

• Service existing accounts, develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing basic technical info & explanations as required
• Pitching Potential Clients by studying their Business and customizing solutions accordingly.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers whilst updating a log of customer interactions, outcomes, and follow up required
• Uphold standards of self-motivation, time management & productivity, maintaining a workspace that is clean, organized, and professional
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call/sales reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

 Skills and Specifications

• An excellent communicator and so should have great communication skills to work in a close manner.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports, making recommendations to leadership.
• Relationship Management skills.
• Working towards the fulfillment of monthly and quarterly business targets in cohesion with the team.
