Roles and Responsibilities

 

Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy

  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
  • Screen candidates resume and job applications
  • Align interviews using ATS
  • Release the offer for the shortlisted candidate
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven 2+ work experience as a Tech Recruiter

  • Have worked on skills like Android, IOS, Web, backend, front end, Embedded systems, Linux, RTOS, etc
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
