Candidates must have experience in Sourcing from Job portals like Naukri, Shine, Linkedin etc
Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates .

Should be able to manage complete candidate life cycle i.e. Screening to on boarding

Sourcing potential candidates from various sourcing channels

• Talent hunting using social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter)
• Extraordinary Talent for Hiring and Meeting Deadlines

Desired Skills :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills MUST
Experience in recruitment of Atleast 6 Months to 1 year
Hands-on experience on Job Portals preferred.
Experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter preferred)
