Wipro is hiring for US HR Helpdesk support for Chennai Location- 1-4Years

 

Work Location- Wipro ,sholinganallur Chennai

 

Work Timing- 7.30pm to 4.30am

 

Transport - Cab drop will be arranged

 

Principal Accountabilities: Key activities and decision-making areas

 
  • Serves as the initial point of contact for requests to add and/or edit employee information in the - HCM.
  • Enters and ensures that employee data is accurate and maintained in the HCM system and performs daily and periodic audits to verify data integrity in accordance with Company and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Customers / Stakeholders- Liaise with various onshore teams Payroll, Benefits , Global mobility, HRIS team as appropriate
  • Triage of help desk tickets for the HR systems.
  • Knowledge of any ERP
  • Global Exposure and experience in multi-tasking.
  • Knowledge of various tools like Workday, Global View, HCM cloud will be added advantage.
 

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications :

  • Graduate with at least 1-4 years of relevant experience in international call handling experience and working in Employee data management.
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills are mandatory, as are good tact and diplomacy, as the role requires relationship management with other individuals and teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; Exposure to Project Management and experience in working on MS Excel databases
  • Global Exposure and experience in multi-tasking.
  • Knowledge of varioustools like Workday, Global View, HCM cloud will be added advantage.
 

Desired Candidate Profile

 

  • Proficient in English and should have ability to Read, Write and Speak in English fluently.
  • Effective Communication, problem solving, decision making skills and handling escalations.
  • Flexible and willing to work only in night shifts.
