Experience

• Being actively involved in Talent Acquisition/recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads on job portals and coordinate with consultants and manage hiring process.
• Need to work 2-3 requirements on daily basis and make 2-3 submissions.
• Maintaining employees personal files and records communicating HR policies & across the organization all the levels.
• Tracking of attendance, maintain leave records, PF records, issue letters.
• Prepare offer letter, employment contract and job descriptions, completing joining formalities and documentation.
• keeping track of confirmation, appraisals, and increments of employees.
• Supports the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Providing counselling on policies and procedures.
• Process payroll for employee.
• disbursement of payment.
• HR MIS reports.
• HR Audit.
• compensation management.
• Full & final Management.
• Well versed with all the Job portals.
