Job Description:
1. Knowledge of manufactured products (Heat Exchangers, Reactors, Pressure Vessels, Tower Internals, etc)
2. Knowledge of Oil and Gas sector and related industries
3. Understanding of prevailing Market
4. Exposure of managing Key Accounts and Customers
5. Analyze all order terms and conditions pertaining to commercial aspects and ensure compliance to the same
6. Ensure regular interaction with the target EPC players like Petrofac, Technip etc and the end users
7. Explore new projects and opportunities in Oil and Gas sector and concentrate on high-end equipments
8. Prepare marketing statements like Order Booking, Collection Plan, Exports Statements, Annual Business Collection Plan, Gap Analysis etc.
9. Track monthly dispatch plan
10. Claim all advances and collect receivables on time and resolve pending / outstanding issues pertaining to receivables such as TDS Certificate, CST Forms, EMD and old outstanding
11. Prepare extra claims and liquidated damages cases and keep track of the same
12. Follow-up consistently with Estimation / Design / Planning department for timely receipt of cost sheet
13. Ensure timely submission of error free bills and other documents as asked for by the customers
14. Collect payments in advance and ensure project dispatches on time
15. Prepare and closely monitor / review outstanding payment statement to ensure collection as per plan
16. Provide documents required for closure of advance license of customs taken for import of raw material for projects

Qualifications Required: Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Chemical)

Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 (for Degree) / 4 years (for Diploma) of experience in Sales and Marketing in Fabrication industry
