KRA

• Product Development
• Project Management

Product Development:

• Guiding their team through technical issues and challenges
• Collaborating with their team to identify and fix technical problems
• Hiring and training technical personnel
• Analysing users' needs and then finding applications to serve them
• Creating end goals for their team
• Supervising system modifications
• Work closely with software architects, programmers, developers, and customers to develop and deploy advanced Web and Mobile Hybrid Apps.
• Collaborate for the development life cycle and team up with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts.
• Enable the team to write, produce & implement clean, efficient code based on specifications for Applications & Web.
• Verify and deploy programs, systems, software tools & processes
• Integrate software components and third-party programs.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.

Project management

• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement, gather and evaluate user feedback.
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
• Use and continually develop leadership skills

Desired Candidate Profile

Skill required:

• Full Stack Developer candidates with at least 5 years experience specifically in front end development using React JS and experience with Flask/Fast API.
• Working experience in Android Development Knowledge (Flutter and Java)
• Must have programing skills in Dart programming language and python.
• Knowledge on building flutter module and flutter plug-ins.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Working knowledge of GIT, Docker, Web services, Rest API and Graphql api.
• Knowledge in creating android native application.
• Knowledge in React Development
• Good communication skills
• Analytical Thinking Agile development experience
• In-depth understanding of the entire development process phases (design, development, Testing and deployment

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Software Engineering or equivalent degree
• 5 10 years of relevant experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
