Urgently looking for a 2-6 years experienced Sr. Recruiter.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Shortlist candidates, conduct HR interview and coordinate with technical team for interview
• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Conduct tests to assess candidates technical and soft skills
• Salary Negotiation: As per the given budget close expected CTC of shortlisted candidate
• Completing paperwork for new hires.
• Providing well documented recruitment reports to team managers.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of proven working experience in recruiting especially in the technology (Mechanical Engineering) or Manufacturing and Industrial sector.
• Should have good working knowledge of recruitment portals along with good social media presence.
• Deep understanding of recruitment processes,
• Detail oriented.
• Ready to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
