Senior Software Engineer - Java, Spring Boot, Microservices

Description

This role needs to develop the Micro services from scratch and also provide production support through application monitoring and resolving of Rally Healthcare member issues within agreed timelines.

Software engineering is the application of engineering to the design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of software in a systematic method. The roles in this function will cover all primary development activity across all technology functions that ensure we deliver code with high quality for our applications, products and services and to understand customer needs and to develop product roadmaps.

These roles include, but are not limited to analysis, design, coding, engineering, testing, debugging, standards, methods, tools analysis, documentation, research and development, maintenance, new development, operations and delivery. Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop Micro Services using Spring boot, Apache kafka
• Build & Deploy Micro Services in PaaS platforms such as Open shift
• Analyzes and investigates
• Dev -Ops Resource
• Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise

Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech. / MCA/ Graduation (Minimum 15 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant)
• 4 - 6 years of total experience
• Good experience on latest technologies like Kafka Streaming, ELK stack, CI-CD, APIs, Spring Boot, no-sql databases etc.
• Experience working with micro service frameworks
• Experience with Spring framework
• Experience with Spring Boot
• Experience with CI & CD process using Jenkins, sonar and other relevant technologies
• Experience with deploying services in PaaS platforms such as Open shift
• Possess troubleshooting skills for general issues
• Ability to work collaboratively in global project with a positive team spirit and ensure team work & coordination.
