Duties and responsibilities

Dealer visit and/or farmer visit/ poultry consultant visit
Monitor feed indent placed by each sales person including that of own
Follow up Overdue payments of credit dealers directly or through concerned sales person
Coordinate with Plant production & A/c to ensure timely delivery of feed
Monitor feed performance compare FCR of Suguna brand vis--vis Competitors brands
Analyze & report market survey data & competitor information collected by sales team
Monitor new dealers visit by sales team & visit dealers of own list to convince & convert
Submit Credit proposals (if any) with justification & KYC plus Bank Statement
Conduct Farmer meeting
Plan & execute Marketing activities as approved by GM-Feed

Accountability

To maintain existing sales & increase sales as per budgeted target in proportion to state potential
