Key Responsibilities
- To work on Recruitment and Training KPI, Maintain & file all required documentation relating to the department to ensure maximum efficiency, and easy retrievable and high employee morale thereby maximizing employee satisfaction and organisational profitability. .
2.0. KRAs & Specific Roles
- To work on Sourcing, Screening & conducting interviews and close the open positions as per the TAT
- To work on Training KPI
- To ensure flawless records of Attendance, Over Time, Leaves etc are maintained for all employees as per the requirement
- Ensure that effective payroll & administration is maintained and there is nil discrepency in the monthly payroll process for on roll Employees as well as Contract employees.
- Ensure all statutory compliance in respect of the establishment, Directorate of Industrial Safety & Health, Provident Fund, Employees State Insurance, Profession Tax, Property Tax, Tamilnadu Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus, Group Term policy in lieu of EDLI, Gratuity, Superannuation, Contract labour & Local Administration.
- Effective scrutinization of vendor bills for payment as per agreement rates and processed for payments.
- To ensure generation and analysis of all reports and timely circulation of the same
- Record all details related to employee grievances and ensure that these are resolved in a timely manner according to the Company policy.
- Be responsible for maintaining hygiene standards in the department/Staff cafeteria/Change Rooms.
- Maintains the different databases (Employee Master, BBC updates and Leaves, OT, Permission, Late & Onduty (Manual), etc.,) and ensures they are up to date whenever any changes arise.
- To Identify People / Operator level issue and address as well as to bring to the notice of superiors
- To Ensure all Admn.Furniture & fixtures are maintained properly and areas kept clean at all times in the Factory premises.
- To Ensure office decorum is maintained in all aspects.
- To have better tie-up with various vendors for availing the best rate(Hotel,Car booking, Stationery, Courier, Office appliances & Consultants etc.
- To coordinate for various travel, hotel and car arrangements for delegates in Hyderabad.
- To Ensure all logistics arrangements are done for meeting, Conference, trainings or events in the Factory
- Renewal of all AMC's & Insurances on time and Admn related payments are paid on time.
- Supervise Housekeeing, Gardening & Security on day to day basis.
- Participate and assist in special projects and duties as assigned by Manager - HR & Admn. .
