Experience in IT Recruitment.
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives for the employees .
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form and maintain the same on HRMS portal.
Coordination with the Bank for opening bank accounts of the employees.
Coordination for PF and Insurance implementation/day to activities at Branch level.
Plan and Conduct employee engagement activities at the branch level in coordination with the Cooperate team .
Provide support to employees in various HR-related issues such as leaves, attendance, compensation, Day to Day employee grievances etc.
Assist Corporate payroll team to maintain attendance on HRMS and processing of payroll management.
Carrying out the performance management activities on the branch level and coordination with the corporate team for the same.
Conducting exit process of employees ensuring no-dues and full and final settlement of employees at the branch level.
Maintain Entry and Exit reports of the employees. Requirement : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Proficiency in Tamil,Telugu,Hindi,English. Kannada would be an added advantage.
