Handling Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes.

Conduct employee on boarding and help plan training & development.

Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.

Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.

Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies

Undertake tasks in performance management

Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics

Maintain employee files and records.

Preparing attendance data for salary processing.

Processing for Full and final settlement.

Employee engagement activity

Other Ad hoc HR Generalist activities

Branch Administrative activities 

Required Candidate profile

Candidate should be a self starter, passionate, people centric, out of the box thinking and self-motivated.

Female Candidates preferred. 

Candidates from Insurance, Banking and Retail preferred.

Exp in Branch/Sales HR will be an added advantage.
Should have working experience as a Recruiter/HR for a high movement sales/branch teams. (Individuals working with consulting firms are requested NOT To APPLY)
Excellent communication skills 
Should be excellent in Microsoft Office products - especially excel, word and ppt. Good with reports and analysis.
Working knowledge of recruitment through Naukri and other job portals. 
Should have worked with HR software, HRIS system (e.g People Soft)
