Job Description :-
1. Leading the team of sales promoter and driving sales from them.
2. Building a relationship with dealers to focus on our product to increase sales.
3. Recruitment of the sales Promoter as per requirement
4. Managing the availability of stock at outlets and push distributors to fulfill the stock to meet the demand in the market.
5. Responsible for making the brand visible in a given territory and taking branding spaces with all legal formalities.
6. Achievement of Monthly sales target.
7. Increasing the width of the distribution.
8. Analysis of team productivity and knowledge
