Sales

1. Handling inquiries and follow up of the same
2. Promptly attending customer queries and initiate steps
3. Preparing quotation, Proforma invoices, project reports, Tenders
4. Timely reminders and follow ups of quotations & offers sent
5. Providing information about the company to prospective customers
6. Email marketing, mass mailing
7. Ensuring orders inflow from customers.
8. Follow up and co-ordination with internal departments such as with sales, logistics, dispatch, service, production, training etc.
9. Receiving orders, updating orders in system, organizing dispatch of consignments.
10. Updating to the customers.
11. Ensuring on time delivery to customers.
12. Follow up for payment & realizations
13. Maintain MIS such as user list, product list (IVF / Autoclave / Individual equipments), prospective list, order lost report, Expenses statement, order confirmation list etc.
14. Maintaining customer data base product wise
15. Follow up with the customers until goods reach the destination
16. Communication with customer to find out cause of customer dissatisfaction if any

Service

1. Installing the equipment.
2. Maintaining the instruments
3. Generating income in way of After sales service and calibration
4. Candidates should be ready for intense traveling anywhere in india
5. Having excellent communication
6. Should have a excellent knowledge about:- temperature, Ph, humidity, pressure, Vacuum, gases (CO2, O2), humidity, clean room calib (dop, voc, particle count, etc), electrical, pipette calib...etc.
7. Candidates having knowledge about biology microscope, HVAC, autoclaves are preferred
