Roles and Responsibilities
1. Achieve and exceed Primary, Secondary, SKU wise, Brand wise Targets (KPI Achievements)
2. Work in a disciplined way and build distribution width by range selling, following Nobel Hygiene standard sales call
3. Make the required number of sales calls (~35-40 per day) as per the route plan
4. Devote minimum 6.5 hours covering the designated route
5. Setting up distributor network and increasing the product visibility and availability in the market (urban).
6. Establishing super stockist and sub-stockist network.
7. Increase Sales as per territory potential and increase the numeric distribution.
8. Handle multiple sales-channels Retail, Modern Trade, Wholesale, Institutional and ensure monthly increasing revenues and product placement. Education
