4. Handling of E-mail responses and monitor the sales documentation
5. Updating of existing sales data and submit to the higher authorities on weekly basis
6. Handling Customer feedbacks (prior sales and post sales).
7. Preparation of the data on CRM-Complaints and its feedback.
8. Ensuring acquiring of detailed domain knowledge with respective projects
9. Actively participate in the sales exhibitions and to prepare various sales strategies models and concepts
10. Conducting sales surveys, whenever required.
11. Supervising on all online portals and day to day progress reports and submit to the top management
12. Coordinate with project execution team for solving the customer related issues.
13. Attend the meetings / workshops conducted by the top management regarding the sales.
