• Have experience in a direct sales role in any Consumer Product / Service Industry.
• Have great communication skills and the ability to pitch the product to prospective

customers.

• You are a quick learner and eager to learn new things.
• Have a customer-centric mindset and keen on providing solutions to customers

Sales Leader - Tele Sales

Responsibilities

• Provide the team with Vision and objectives to manage key performance indicators.
• Set the monthly, weekly and daily targets for the team and ensure that the team targets are achieved.
• Handling and guiding team to achieve monthly sales.
• Maintain the sales report of the team.
• Motivating and mentoring the team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Design and develop Business Models as per the location and market situation.
• Conduct weekly reviews for performance training.
• Involve team in calling for negotiation and objection handling as and when required.

Requirements

• Work Experience: 5-8 Years.
• Graduation or MBA with an overall 4 to 8 years of sales experience.
• Good Team Handling skills.
• Minimum 1-2 years of the team handling skills with a minimum team of 7 to 10.
• Must be good in MS Excel and Word, Data-oriented.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Should be from B2C or D2C Background
