Masters Degree / MBA ( Marketing)He / She should have excellent convincing skills and through market knowledge and trends.Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.New vendor tie-up management.Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints also reduce the wastage and RTC losses.Vendor management, payment follow-up with the vendors time to time as per the deal closed.Getting market updates and trends that change in the FMCG( Foods) Industry with time.Strong follow up and coordination with Company corporate stores for on-time delivery of the products.Getting HoReCa / General Trade / Modern Trade business in line and achieving the targets as given by the Company.Coordination with the Marketing department for various schedules of offers and schemes to float or give to the Vendors.
