Syri Research Private Limited (part of B&S Group) is a privately-owned pharmaceutical company which manufactures and distributes pharmaceutical and healthcare products to the UK and Global market, we offer a wide range of products and services which includes generic drugs and branded medicines.

 

The Sales Analyst & Administrator will join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. Person will provide support to the Sales Manager and Sales team (UK) with sales analysis and admin task, person will be deeply involved in sales analysis and day to day sales activity and has a deep knowledge of reports and market strategy.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Regular review of sales performance & strategy and insightful analysis of sales maintaining data accuracy.
  • Work collaboratively with the Head of Sales and Sales Manager in the UK team.
  • Maintain external awareness of markets, products, processes and competitors.
  • Evaluating bids and making recommendations based on commercial, technical, supply and quality requirements.
  • Engage and utilise key technical experts within the business to ensure product quality, consistency and safety. Working across all areas of the business.
  • Introducing insightful analysis and commentary around performance.
  • Generate reports on current sale prices against market prices.
  • Improving timeliness and accuracy of cost and profit reporting.
  • Forecasting sales trend, their impact on sales activity and acting on these trends.
  • Engage and utilise key technical portals within the UK Healthcare system and prepare commercial growth plans while identifying customer behaviours.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features and devise reports and communication material.
  • Provide stakeholders with clear recommendations based on data from various sources.
  • Market recommendations in relation to promotional activity, sales performance, customer proposition, pricing, conversion and traffic performance by conducting in depth analysis.
  • Process orders on web application via email or web portal, training will be provided.
  • Provide administration support, diary management and arrange meetings thus take minutes.
  • Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Ensure information is recorded on the system and all projects logs are kept up to date.
  • Interact and liaise with all team members supporting on any ad hoc tasks where required.

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Work experience as a Sales Analyst or Sales Admin or Sales support agent is required.
  • Requires hands- experience of office administration and MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking customer service skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines and adapt to change.

 

 

JOB TIMING: 1:30pm to 10:30pm (March-October), 2:30pm to 11:30pm (October-March)
