Roles and Responsibilities

Role objective: To be the face of the brand at the store and operate like ‘captain of the ship’. Anything and everything pertaining to the flagship store becomes the responsibility of the ‘Store director’.

KRAs:

• Business development
  • Turn key projects
    • Lead management: customers / designers coming to the store
    • Reaching out to interior designers/ architects for turn key projects
    • Work closely with backend teams, esp. design to convert leads into the sale
  • Collaborations with various brands
    • Make INV Home, Sultanpur store a destination for ‘Retail events’
    • Plan, schedule and host various in-store events (for own vs. external brands) on monthly basis
    • Plan and host periodic pop up events at the store
    • Same needs to be converted into a profit centre for the company
  • Partner relationship management
    • Liaison with partners like Elle, Vogue, etc. in line with business objectives
    • Lead ‘Caf’ project for the store
• Retail sales
  • Store plan in line with business plan
  • Instore organic sale
  • Micro marketing for the store
  • Clients visit

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate having 3-5 yrs of experience as a Retail store Manager. Good Communication and interpersonal skills
