2. Expanding the coverage by aggressive sales promotion within sales policies framework.
3. Effective focus on new product launched to establish new product in market & achieve /
exceed defined sales targets.
4. Collection of payments with orders & timely execution of follow-ups with depot / C&F / CSA.
5. Ensure commercial discipline in the assigned area.
6. Relationship building & coordination with dealers, distributors & retailers etc.
7. Collection & compilation of relevant business & competitor information from market.
8. Timely submission of MIS.
9. Leading, Training & Motivating the team of ASMs / ASEs.
10. Interim field force Infrastructure building & control.
11. Coordination with depots on sales returns.
12. Provide inputs & facilitation in yearly budget preparation.
