Role Description and responsibilities

An entrepreneurial approach, Manager should be working as ASM with reputed FMCG Co. & having geographical knowledge, ,with a proven ability of Launching a new brand, good in business planning, sales & distribution, channel & brand Building.

  • Responsible for primary and secondary sales
  • Managing and appointing distributors and driving on roll / off roll team
  • Appointing distributors, ensuring infrastructure requirement as per company norms at all distributors
  • Ensure on the job coaching
  • Keep track of competitor activities. Analyze the market share data, make plans to increase ND (numeric distribution), WD (weighted distribution), and market share.
  • Ensuring new launch/re-launch according to GTM norms

Desired Skills & Experience - Education & Experience:

The role will possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Any graduate with Masters degree in Sales/Marketing preferred
  • Strong experience (8 - 12 years) within FMCG industry with a major focus on Rural Channel, General Trade.
  • Possess Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
  • Possess exceptional relationship management skills & interpersonal skills.
