Job description - Payroll and Time Office
- Monitor daily attendance and update leaves in Attendance Management System
- Prepare Payroll Input sheet and verify Salary Register
- Prepare Payroll related reports Employee Life Cycle Activities
- Conduct end-to-end employee life cycle activities including induction & joining formalities, confirmation process, promotion, transfer, changes in reporting relationships, separation and preparation of relieving letter Recruitment
- Manage Recruitment process such as written test and interviews
- Search for candidates through job portals and recruitment consultants
- Handle Walk-in interviews
- Prepare offer letter and co-ordinate for Medical Test of selected candidate Training Administration
- Manage trainings as per Annual Training Calendar and update training records Zero Payroll errors No delay in ELC events 100% Manning 100% compliance to Training Calendar Asian Paints
- Internal HR Document-Strictly Confidential
- Process payments for external trainers Statutory Compliances
