Network Perf & Optimization Expert

Description

• NW Design & Optimisation (NWD) comprises the planning and / or managing the planning of communications networks for customers.
• Covers consultation of customers on communication network performance.
• Contains optimisation and / or managing of the optimisation of customer networks.
• Covers the execution of end-to-end design-related activities (address surveys, site surveys, design and as-built) for deployment projects.
• The Performance & Optimisation Specialist performs solution monitoring, data collection, generation of daily / weekly reports, and a first level of analysis and problem identification in a domain of the customer solution (radio, access, core, application).
• Performs optimisation in terms of capacity, architecture, performance, analyses counters, and metrics on current capacity and usage.
• Forecasts traffic patterns to evaluate impact on current and future architecture. Recommends parameters tuning and design evolutions.

• Often leads functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk and complexity, handles day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work
• Consults and optimises customer network with low to medium complexity based on traffic utilisation, patterns and defined assumptions to achieve the required KPIs.

• Multi Vendor Radio Optimization experience is must. (E// or Huawei or Zte, 2G/3g & 4G ). Must be well-versed with the counters & KPIs. Understanding, knowledge & working experience on relevant OEM's tools are must. (Netnumen, ENM or U2020)
• Must be able to work according to customer's requirement (of different time-zone & calendar days)
• Bachelor of Engineering
