Roles and Responsibilities:

 

Circle trainer (CT)

  • Liaison with ASI/ASM to create a training batch
  • Ensuring training centres are ready before the session
  • Conducting training sessions, assessment, OJT & certification
    • Onboarding session
    • Training need identifying sessions
    • Refresher
    • Assessments
  • Tracking & driving productivity of all certified
  • To be effectively delivering the content in local languages
  • Reading and writing the location languages
  • Traveling across the state will be part of the job
