Job Description:
1) Prepare and check Design calculations of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers and other process equipments as per National and International codes like ASME, TEMA, AD MERKBLATTER, PD 5500, etc
2) Prepare detailed bill of materials and technical specifications for bought out items
3) Check of fabrication drawings
4) Prepare Material Take Off (MTOs)
5) Cross-check material weight of MTOs viz-a-viz budget
6) Ensure correctness and timeliness for MTOs, drawings and other design documents
7) Coordinate and correspond with client, third party inspection agency, product engineers etc. for approval of design documents
8) Enter data of MTOs and drawing bill of materials in ERP software
9) Design documents to be submitted to client on or before Primavera planned dates.
10) Lead a team of engineers and draughtsmen


Qualifications Required: Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical / Production)


Special Skills Required:
1) Knowledge of AUTOCAD and ERP software
2) Knowledge of sequence of Manufacturing processes
3) International codes like ASME (Sec. VIII Div. 1 & 2) & TEMA
4) Familiarity with various national and international material specifications
5) Knowledge of ISO Systems and Procedures
6) Computer Proficiency
