Description

Responsible for conducting day to day HR Operations effectively to provide proactive HR support to the entire life cycle for BCEESIPL Staff Third Party Staff (Contractual staffing) . This mainly includes data/information management, timely payroll processing, audits and ensure statutory labour law compliances as per Indian laws along with generalist HR support.

Main accountabilities

  • Managing HR operations from hire to retire.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert in administration audit of compensation benefit including Payroll medical insurance.
  • Manging relations with internal stakeholders like Finance, Facility, IT as well as external stakeholders like vendors with specific domain expertise.
  • Good hands-on for managing statutory compliances related to Shops Establishment as well as Payroll related compliances.
  • Leading the internal external HR Audits.
