Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee- Human resource shared services!
In this role, you will be responsible to support in audit and compliance related activities for HR Shared Services. Ensure timely submission of the required data during audits. This position is responsible for accuracy, efficiency and retrieval of data from sources and facilitate data submission.
Responsibilities
- Data entry into HRIS database and other databases / checklists on New/Updated employee details (end to end on-boarding of New Hires and management of External Workers (contractors));
- Adding, changing, closing, cloning positions/ Job Data Records;
- Tax details, Work schedules and Leave Entitlements;
- Managing Public Holiday schedules, Mass uploads, Security profiles, Position Management/Employment Categories. Mass Uploads / Restructures;
- Managing Cost Centres;
- Mass data uploads Transformation of data with interfaces (CI), large restructures, reconciliation of data; and
- Automation support and oversight
