4. Manage end-to-end Employee life cycle of the Employees including offrolls
5. Communicate organizational policies and processes and ensure its understanding
6. Creating bench for internal and external candidates for critical positions in City
7. Continuously focus on creating bench for bulk positions through campus and other channels
8. Coordinate with the City leadership team in all the hiring initiatives
9. Coordinating with the candidates for scheduling interviews, getting compensation documents, reference check and the offer release
