Designation: Group Leader (Team Lead)

Experience: 5-10Years

Shift: 6.30 PM - 3.30 AM

Core Skills:

  • Develop and implement the HR roadmap for all business units, by collaborating with senior business management and the HR leadership (local and global)
  • Working on talent management, performance management, employee relations, succession planning, organization structure and skills assessments
  • Identify the key HR areas that need to be driven across the business based on feedback received from Employee satisfaction surveys, attrition data, Audits and others
  • Create solutions to address the need and to align HR solutions to people needs
  • Manage end to end employee life cycle including confirmation, performance appraisals, grievance handling, employee relations and employee separation
  • Review and analyse business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience (Attrition Analysis, Early Warning Signals, Retention, Engagement levels)
  • Manage Employee Relations by acting as liaison between HR, management and employees through HR policies/procedures
  • Investigate, resolve conflicts, facilitate employee communications and management coaching
  • Manage Training by working with the managers to assess, develop and deliver training programs
  • Develop, implement and measure initiatives to meet organization goals
  • Develop appropriate human resource plans in support of key business needs in a dynamic changing environment
  • Develop and implement appropriate change management plans as required.

External Facing Description

  • Develop, lead and execute HR strategies
  • Develop strong relationships to influence and partner at different levels of the organization
  • Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis
  • Deliver assessment management and executive level talent
  • Facilitate an environment of high innovation and ownership with strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Flexible to Work in Night Shift
  • Create an overall employee experience by facilitating channels of management and employee connections
