Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Trainer  to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance  performance, support career development, and align with organizational goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop training content for HR and soft skill development.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions (in-person and virtual) .
  • Identify training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance analysis.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain training records, feedback reports, and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in HR practices and learning tools.
