Role brief:-

• Design and update Job descriptions.
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms as well as manage all social media accounts.
• Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Writing up offers letters, appointment letters, and extension letters
• Maintaining office time and attendance of the employees.
• Assisting in the planning of company events, employee engagement activities.
• Assisting team in day to day activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibility break-up:-

Executive :30%
