Act as a Business HR partner.

2) Will be playing a vital role in bulk hiring of front end sales officers selling products including but not restricted to all types of loans, Credit cards, merchant acquiring business etc.

3) Will be responsible for recruiting vendors and Vendor Management.

4) Managing employee engagement activities.

5) Coordinating with the Stakeholders.

6) Offer letter Management.

7) Take care of entire employee life cycle.

8) Should be good in excel.

9) Good communication skills required (Verbal and Written)

Job Specification:

• Male candidate only should apply
• Experience - 3+ years of Bulk Hiring experience is must , Should have worked in corporate. Preferably from BFSI and experience in Front end sales
• Location- Thane, Vashi and Kalina
• The role will on 3rd party payroll (Quess corp Payroll)
• Immediate joining required.
