Responsibilities- HR Manager

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
• Ensure the sufficient labour in the factory.
• Have knowledge of submitting online data in govt.site like Shram Suvidha ,EPF, lesioning and other verification documents related to government.
• Knowledge of Vendor management for Challan/ESIC/PF Coordination.
• Handling the labour contractors and there compliance.
• Good experience in Payroll Processing and Statutory Compliance.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Audit Reconciliation for all Billing & Payout details.
• Processing other reimbursement like L.T.A, traveling reimbursement, working on incentive calculations, bonus calculations, etc.
