Roles and Responsibilities

  • 1. Online ESIC Registration of the New Joined Employees in the company
  • 2. Ensuring the ESIC covered employee to receive ESIC E pehchan card with signed and stamp at NJ branches and HO.
  • 3. To register Employees under PF, UAN generation, UAN Activation, KYC Updation, & Taking care of ABRY scheme
  • 4. To guide and ensure the proper document collection from Ex employee and authorization for the PF Withdrawal forms, and also submission to the PF office.
  • 5. Taking care of Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Annually P.Tax Payment of HO and Branches.
  • 6. Taking care of Gratuity Calculation, Gratuity Payments and Gratuity forms preparation and submission to concern labour department.
  • 7. To Guide and Provide various benefits under ESIC, PF, LWF, Maternity, etc.
  • 8. To verify and file all the monthly paid Challans in the Compliance system .
  • 9. Courier management for Challan & cheque payment.
  • 10. To support to the superior in the documentation for any kind of transaction work regarding the Registration Certification and applicability of the Acts.
  • 11. To ensure the proper storage of all the original certifications.
  • 12. MIS preparation
  • 13. Effective communication within the internal and external parties
