Roles and Responsibilities

 

  • Designing and developing various HR policies and involvement for organization development.
  • Designing an appropriate performance management system for-
  • Aligning hospital goals with each and every manager
  • Linking reward system to performance of individual, team and Hospital
  • Identification of training needs.
  • Potential assessments
  • To attract and retain talented staff
  • To maintain personal record of all the staff
  • Recruitment of the right person for right job with right salary
  • Training and development programmes.
  • Improve employer and employee relation / Welfare activities.
  • Accountable for continuous development of human resource to achieve business objectives and organizational growth
  • Authorized to deal all legal and statutory matters
  • Responsible to coordinate with all statutory bodies, placement agencies, consultants, business associates.
  • To maintain good interpersonal relationships with department heads and staff
  • Coordinating with administration department to ensure services (cafeteria, security, transport, etc.) is at standard.
  • Handling employee Induction and resignation activities
  • To redress staff grievance if any in consultation with the concerned department head.
  • To counsel the employees in their duties mentioned in Job description.
  • To prepare the appraisal formats of staff in coordination with departmental heads/in charges for career benefits.

Required Competencies

 

Graduate in any discipline with management degree

Knowledge of theory, technical skills and clinical application of procedures performed in the laboratory

Knowledge of NABH Protocols

Should be able to speak English, Hindi and Telugu

Should be able to use computer and computer application like word and excel

Considerable knowledge of laws and accreditation standards applicable to hospitals
