Roles and Responsibilities -
- Responsible for managing complete recruitment cycle across levels.
- Manage online sourcing of candidates for all positions from Job portals and networking sites.
- Conducting initial rounds of interview with the candidates
- Managing salary negotiation, offer fitment and sharing offer to the selected candidates.
- Maintaining and updating of all recruitment related database along with generating related reports as and when required.
- Work in close collaboration with business for Talent Pipeline Development and Workforce Planning
- Ensure all contracts (with search firms / Reference/other recruitment service provider) are renewed on time, post necessary approvals. Ensure compliance with internal requirements.
- Design, plan and execute employer banding activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Fulltime MBA/PGDM from reputed colleges.
- Experience - 5 to 8 Yrs.
- Should have worked in recruitment management system. Preferably Success Factor.
