HR Executive

Description

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing overall HR Operations and administration for the company and work closely with the co-founders. The candidate is expected to have sound experience on managing employee payroll, leave & attendance, onboarding & exit formalities along with a good knowledge of statutory compliances.

Location: Miramar, Panjim (Local candidates only)

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Manage day to day HR operations in an effective and timely manner.
2. Oversee Leave and Attendance for all employees.
3. Plan and drive the Employee Engagement calendar.
4. Conduct orientation for new Team members and facilitate onboarding formalities for new joinees. Also ensure a smooth offboarding process for exiting employees.
5. Maintain and regularly update all documentation, including the Employee Database, Compensation details and HR Records for each team member.
6. Provide support in the recruitment process - Screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate with recruitment partners etc.
7. Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as required by Team members and in line with company policies

Desired Candidate Profile

• Have good communication and coordination skills.
• Must possess good working knowledge of HR processes and systems.
• Confident in Statutory Compliances - PF, ESIC, Labor Laws etc.
• Comfortable using MS Excel, PPT etc.
• Should have handled Payroll, Attendance, Salary disbursement etc independently.

Monday - Saturday

9:30am - 6:00pm
