Roles and Responsibilities

MBA in HR  with 1 to 2 year experience in HR functions & activities

  • 1.Be the focal point for candidate documentation and onboarding process
  • 2.Ensure constant connect with the candidate for rapport building, query resolution and seamless onboarding
  • 3.Be proactive to check status of the candidate documentation progress and liase with the relevant support teams for closure of any pendencies
  • 4.Follow up regularly with candidates for document submission etc.

  1. Should have prior experience in Hiring & Recruiting Candidates
  2. Excellent Communication & English Speaking Skills
  3. Prior Experience in Interviewing Candidates & Dealing with employees
  4. Have experience in working with a team.
  5. Should be punctual & have a go getter attitude.
