Description

  • Facilitate onboarding process, Induction, New joinee Connects.
  • Timely resolutions to queries raised by employees.
  • Monitor internal HR systems and databases
  • Document collection ,validation and processing.
  • Processing and issuing of various letters like Appointment letter, probation, and confirmation letters & keeping the proper track of the same
  • ·Handle MIS Reports
  • Responsible for audit on-boarding process o. Review the background check reports (criminal, employment, education, reference, credit, etc).
  • Maintenance of tracker for all the activities that is been carried out.
  • Work on HRMS for end to end employee life cycle management - Onboarding , EDM – Employee data on HRMS, Confirmations , Letter Issuance , Separations
  • Responsible for End to End Employee Engagement Activities

  • Proven work experience as an HR Operations Executive
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities and independently handle role
  • Must have hands on experience on Microsoft Office (Excel)
