Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.
Understanding of company culture.Creating and updating job descriptions.
Recruiting and conducting preliminary screenings of potential recruits.
Managing attendance and leave records.Facility management.
Developing and maintaining processes and guidelines for smooth functioning of the company operations.
