Designation-Assistant Manager (Retail Sales) : Max Lab

 

Location- Delhi NCR

 

JOB PURPOSE

The role holder will be responsible for managing sales for Max Lab B2B segment - which will include lead generation, sales / revenue targets, client relationship and being a part of the core area team.

 

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive and expand the sales network by generating leads through interaction with the Collection Centers, Hospitals and other potential community.
  • Responsible for sales targets and business profitability.
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks in the region
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales executives
  • Regularly engage with clinicians (within and outside MHC) & specialty team to generate new leads.
  • Forecast sales, develop "out of the box" sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer and clinician relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Prepare all MIS/ Analysis related to operations, employees & customers for the region.
  • Accountability for timely registration and closure of complaints.
  • Liaison with Spoke operations staff.
  • Responsible for marketing and promotional activities in the region.
  • Provide inputs on Product and Pricing.


 

Minimum Qualifications

  • MBA / Post graduate qualification in Sales & Marketing

 

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales (Mandatory experience in Diagnostic Industry )

Technical Skills

  • Thorough understanding of sales processes, incentive management and tools.
  • Knowledge of compliance issues related to sales of services.
  • Ability to liaise with various stakeholders and BU for effective delivery of services.
  • Strong commercial inclination to manage tie-ups, vendors.
