Key roles & responsibilities ? Employee & Industrial Relations.
Factory, Mines Act & Labour Laws Compliance (central & state), Audit& Inspection management.
Effective & Efficient Union management (collective bargaining&agreements, structured meetings)&Ensure zero production loss due to IR issues
Managing grievance procedures, Overseeing dispute resolution involving employees, management, unions, government agencies, other firms, etc.
Disciplinary procedures (Charge sheets, Show cause etc.)
Advising management & key stakeholders on issues regarding union-management relationssuch as contract negotiations.
Developing and revising union contracts with prior approval of Management in line with labour policies& Laws.
Manage and look after welfare & continuously encourage engagement of all section of workers & their families.
Workers Recruitment, Training & development activities for workmen, salary & wage administration, Social Welfare & Facilities management.
Represent the management on statutory matters relating to applicable Labour Laws before the concerned authorities as and when required.
Visiting Labour Offices / Factories Inspector Premises / Other Government Offices for Liasoning and Maintaining Cordial Industrial Relations. Strongly adhere to the company’s practices, policies & procedures.
