Process: Accounts Payable/P2P (US Process)

Job Location: Noida

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Be responsible for Accounts Payable responsibilities for a global clients F&A process .
• Will be independently responsible for all accounts payable activities for the assigned entity.
• Be responsible for Invoice Processing, Payments, Vendor Master, Helpdesk, etc.
• Responsible for Quality Check of Weekly Transactions.
• Responsible for Continuous Process Improvements.
• Implement effective Internal Controls and Compliances with respect to all Financial Transactions.
• Should have experience SAP and have done transition an accounts payable process(preferred).
• Produce performance reports like Dashboards and Weekly SLA reports for HCL Management (preferred).

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in Procurement to Pay function (AP).
• Good accounting knowledge
• Experience of Invoice Processing PO and Non-PO Invoices.
• Have exposure of Payment process.
• Have experience of Vendor Master & Helpdesk.
• Subject Matter Expert of Accounts Payable .
• Good Communication skills.
• Working experience of SAP is mandate.
• Experience of dealing with international clients.
• Have experience of team handling (preferred).
