Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced German Language Trainer to deliver high-quality instruction to students/professionals and help them achieve fluency in the German language. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the language, cultural understanding, and a talent for teaching learners at various levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging German language lessons (A1 to C1 levels).
• Develop customized training materials and assessments.
• Conduct regular progress assessments and provide feedback.
• Use innovative teaching methods and tools, including audio-visual aids and language apps.
• Prepare learners for certifications like Goethe, TestDaF, TELC, etc. (if required).
• Provide cultural orientation and soft skills training related to German-speaking countries.
• Maintain training records and reports.
• Adapt teaching methods based on learner needs (individual or group classes).
• Stay updated with changes in curriculum or certification standards.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in German.
• Certification from recognized institutions like Goethe-Institut, TELC, or TestDaF preferred.
• Prior teaching/training experience preferred (in-person or virtual).
• Familiarity with online platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, etc.) and learning management systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in training corporate clients or working professionals.
• Knowledge of instructional design and training methodology.
• Passion for teaching and cultural exchange.
• Ability to manage diverse learner groups.
